Terms of Service

1The service

17 Global Business provides Internet access through Wi-Fi hotspots in Senegal, sold as time- or volume-based packages, and tools for hotspot operators and agents to manage routers, users and payments.

2Access and accounts

• Internet access is activated with a voucher code or after a successful payment, for the duration and conditions of the chosen package.
• A voucher or package is linked to the device it is activated on and must not be shared or resold without authorization.
• Operators and agents are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity on their account.

3Prices and payments

Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF) before purchase. Payments are processed by Wave; a package is activated once the payment is confirmed. Packages already activated are not refundable, except where required by law or in case of a technical failure attributable to us; contact support for any problem.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• spread malware, spam or attack networks and systems;
• bypass access controls, share or clone accounts or devices;
• download or share illegal content.

A fair usage policy may reduce speed after a data threshold so that all users keep a good experience.

5Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services such as Wave (payments) and TikTok (account connection and content sharing). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We only access TikTok data with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6Availability

We work to keep the service available, but Internet access may be interrupted by maintenance, power or network outages, or events beyond our control. Speeds are not guaranteed.

7Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 17 Global Business is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit resulting from the use or unavailability of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the package concerned.

8Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms, fraud or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any dispute will first be settled amicably, then by the competent courts of Senegal.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
